GHS label maker
Upload a safety data sheet and get a printable CLP hazard label, in Dutch or English. Nothing is stored.
A small public tool that turns a safety data sheet (PDF) into a CLP/GHS label. It reads the product name, supplier, CAS number, signal word, hazard and precautionary statements and pictograms from the sheet, lets you check and edit them, and prints the label or downloads it as a PDF at the exact label size, including DYMO labels in portrait or landscape.
- Official wording. All H, EUH and P statements come from the consolidated CLP regulation in Dutch and English, so the label never depends on the translation in the supplier's sheet.
- Substance names from CAS numbers, from the CLP harmonised list (about 4,000 substances) and otherwise from PubChem.
- Pictograms at the legal size. Each pictogram covers at least one fifteenth of the label area, as CLP requires.
- Nothing is stored. The PDF is read in memory and discarded; there is no database and no access log.
- A draft safety data sheet (Word) can be generated from the same data.
