A calculator for polyurethane formulations. You enter a recipe (polyols, other OH carriers, additives, water, physical blowing agents and the isocyanate) and it gives the isocyanate needed at a target index or the actual index of your amounts, the ratio to the B side, the equivalents, the CO₂ from water, an estimated free-rise density and a batch scaled to grams.
- Blowing agents: the amount of a physical blowing agent for a target density, the density of a given recipe, and an equimolar conversion from one agent or blend to another (for example pentane to HFO).
- Quick tools: OH value and NCO% to equivalent weight and back, blend OH value, water to CO₂ and isocyanate use.
- Private by design: everything is calculated in the browser. A recipe can be kept or shared as a link, because the whole recipe sits in the part of the address that is never sent to a server.
